She’s a UK-based Iranian American with a passion for exploring the link between food and cultural identity, and the ways food, flavours, ingredients and dishes have the power to cross borders 🇬🇧🇮🇷🇺🇸

Also, Swaledale is proud to be providing Anna with the meat to recipe test her new book, The Silk Roads: Recipes from Baku to Beijing. This fascinating book is due to be published in the UK in 2025, has been shortlisted for The Jane Grigson Trust Award for New Food and Drink Writers!  🍲📚
