Plantain

#plantain — a fruit occasionally enjoyed, but heretofore never cooked by me, and also today’s @thegfw prompt.

I love that if I ever wanted to cook a plantain I could get some 10 minutes from my house— the joy of multiculturalism, the joy of London, the joy of Walthamstow. And I love that I never will, not with @rhythmkitchenuk also on my doorstep 😉
