Khoresh Rivas— an Iranian mutton/lamb + rhubarb stew.
Make it tonight. Or make it a weekend project, after a quick visit to @swaledalebutchers to order some 🐑 and a stop at the farmers market for some rhubarb.
That’s my plan, at least.
